We have 3 locations in Charlotte. Most of the tournaments are held at our Granite Street location at 10930 Granite Street, Charlotte NC 28273 AND / OR our Northlake location at 8626 Hankins Road Charlotte NC 28269. Both locations are conveniently located near the intersections of I-77 and I-485.]

Matches times for most tournaments will be posted on AES by Wednesday at noon before the tournament.

Parking is limited in our main parking lot. We have permission to park in various parking lots near Sports Connection – Granite Street. One block past our facility are many warehouses with lots of vacant parking spots on the weekends. There is also a vacant road across the street that has room for lots of parking. Granite Street is a curbed city street and parking is usually allowed along the street as long as you park in the direction that follows traffic. Please do not park in the grass or medians and be respectful of our, and our neighbors’, properties by not leaving trash on the ground.

Northlake has a paved parking lot and a gravel parking lot. Feel free to park in either lot and all around the building, but please leave a path for emergency vehicles. Northlake is located on a secondary city street, so parking on the street where there are curbs is usually allowed on the weekends. There are other businesses and available parking across the street and next door that you can choose to park at at your own risk.

There will be an admission fee per day; this price will be communicated as we get closer to the tournament. A wristband is required for reentry. Please enter through the front doors located in the center of the buildings.

Outside chairs ARE ALLOWED to be brought in and setup in the DESIGNATED volleyball court spectator areas. Please do not block hallways, bathrooms and exits. NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed on the Court spectator areas, except bottle water.

The center court(s) are for spectators. Please do not bring food or drinks (other than bottle water) onto the Court spectator areas. There are bleachers on concrete areas for spectators.

We encourage players to store their bags and other personal belongings on the center court(s), or other specified team areas to keep the concrete hallways and viewing areas free for eating and walking.

Outside Food “Storage” (Coolers, Picnic Baskets, Boxes Of Food, etc) and Food Tables are NOT ALLOWED to be brought inside the buildings. These items can be stored and setup Outside the buildings in the back and on all sides of the buildings. We WILL ALLOW food and drinks to be CONSUMED inside, but no “camping” and “storage” and no tables. NO FOOD or DRINKS on the Court areas, except bottle water. We have a number of tables for all teams to share and use for eating. Please do not use the community tables for “camping” and “spectating”.

For 1 Day Tournaments, each team will usually play Pool Play, followed by a Playoff for the top teams. This format could change depending on the amount of teams we have for reach division. Please refer to AES for all final formats. For 2 Day Tournaments, each team should play 3 Matches on Saturday and most teams will play at least 2 Matches on Sunday. Formats may vary as teams may drop last minute. We will update all teams as information becomes available to us.

Each team is responsible for providing their own warm up volleyballs. Game balls will be provided.
